Penne with th!nkgreen tone
2 tbsp of thinkgreen oil, 1 chopped onion, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 400 gr. canned tomato, 1 tbsp. Tomato paste, 1 tbsp. oregano, 55 g sliced chopped sundried tomatoes, 1 pack of penne, 55 g chopped black olives, 2 tbsp of capers, 1 can of thinkgreen tuna, 2 tbsp of parsley, fine chopped parsley, parmesan
Boil the pasta according to the instructions in the package. Then heat the oil in a large saucepan and gently toast the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and sundried tomatoes. Boil them all for 10-12 minutes. Then add salt and pepper. Add the olives, capers and tuna to the sauce and finaly the prepared pasta and mix them all together. Finaly add parmesan and parsley and serve warm.
