Our selected anchovies are caught in the North Aegean Sea near the area of Mount Athos and their processing takes place while they are fresh. The anchovy of this region is known for its excellent taste, due to the percentage of salt in the water and the rich depths of this sea area, where the fish is fed. Sardines are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce bad cholesterol in the blood. Therefore is considered to be one of the healthiest fish. Their combination with our wonderful organic olive oil gives our anchovy a unique taste with the scent of the sea, no matter what time of the year you taste it.
