Our selected anchovies, caught in the North Aegean Sea near the area of Mount Athos, are processed while they are fresh. The anchovy of this region is renowned for its excellent taste, due to the salt density in the water and the area’s rich depths, where the fish feeds. Anchovies are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce ‘bad’ cholesterol in the blood and are considered to be one of the healthiest fish. Combined with our superb organic olive oil, our anchovies have a unique taste with the scent of the sea whatever time of the year you eat them.
