The pure alcohol we use in the preparation of ouzo th!nkgreen comes out of distillate organic wheat. All herbs and aromatic plants are carefully selected from certified organic farming and the production takes place under the strict supervision and guidance of one of the most experienced distillers of Northern Greece with a long tradition since 1875.
