Penne with th!nkgreen‘s tone


  • 1 can of th!nkgreen tuna
  • 2 tbsp of thinkgreen oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 400g canned tomato
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 55g sliced chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 1 pack of penne
  • 55g chopped black olives
  • 2 tbsp of capers
  • 2 tbsp fine chopped parsley
  • parmesan

Boil the pasta according to the instructions in the package. Then heat the oil in a large saucepan and gently toast the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and sundried tomatoes.

Boil them all for 10-12 minutes. Then add salt and pepper. Add the olives, capers, and tuna to the sauce and finally the prepared pasta and mix them all together. Finally add parmesan and parsley and serve warm.
