Th!nkgreen’s anchovies on grilled bread with th!nkgreen’s peppers!


  • 3-4 canned th!nkgreen’s anchovies in organic olive oil
  • 1 jar of th!nkgreen’s peppers in organic olive oil
  • 1 baguette of white or black bread cut in slices

We spread the toasted baguette slices on a platter. We take from the jar so many peppers as the number of slices and place one pepper on every baked bread slice. Finally, we open the can and put two anchovies over every pepper. We can additionally sprinkle with several drops of th!nkgreen’s organic olive oil and serve.

Now, if on the table you happen to have a glass of th!nkgreen’s ouzo, then you can enjoy the perfect snack. So simple as that!
