thinkgreen’s Anchovies on grilled bread with …thinkgreen’s peppers
Ingredients: 1 baguette of white or black bread cut in slices, 1 jar of thinkgreen’s peppers in organic olive oil, 3-4 canned thinkgreen’s anchovies in organic olive oil
We spread the toasted baguette slices on a platter. We take from the jar so many peppers as the number of slices and place them one pepper on every baked bread slice. Finally we open the can and put two anchovies over every pepper. We can additionally sprinkle with several drops of thinkgreen’s organic olive oil and serve.
Now, if on the table you happen to have a glass of thinkgreen’s ouzo, then you can enjoy the perfect snack. So simple as that!
